International Studies Charter School supports the mission of our local Parent Teacher Association of being a powerful voice for all children, a resource for families and communities, and an advocacy agency for education and well-being of every child.

With this underlying mission, ISCHS has organized PTSA at each school level for parents to remain involved and active in the education and extra curriculum activities of their children. We are proud to introduce to you our PTSA governing body; we encourage you to become familiar with each officer as they will be a great resource to you.

The start of a new school year is always an exiting time.  We are excited to be starting another year as your board for the PTSA and on behalf of International Studies Charter School PTSA, we would like to welcome all of you to the 2014-2015 school year.  The PTSA will be very busy this year plannning and fine tuning the programs and activities that will make this a fabulous year for our children.  It has always been our mission to encourage and support our parents, teachers and students, and there is no better way to do that than to get involved in the PTSA.  There is no bigger thrill for our children than to see their families involved in their education.  So whether you can help run a committee, volunteer, or just simply join the PTSA, no effort is too small.  It is because of the strong volunteer efforts of our parents and the dedication of our teachers that we are able to offer so many academic and cultural activities throughout the year.  Our fundraising helps provide grants to each of our grade levels and special areas, so that our children can take exciting and enriching field trips, attend assemblies, and enjoy wonderful events.
